At the Arpoador in Rio de Janeiro, Canto Mar and Canto Rio are two residential buildings coexisting in harmony. The refuge tower and the urban tower, created from the requalification of existing structures, present different concepts, volumes, and programs to embody the dynamics and diversity of contemporary living.
